We use this information solely to respond to your event inquiry, follow up about availability, and plan your event if you book with us. We do not use it for anything beyond that purpose.

Marketing Communications

We do not sign you up for marketing emails by default. If we ever add an optional marketing opt-in to our form, it will be unchecked unless you actively choose it.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Inquiry form submissions are delivered to our booking email through our form-processing provider solely to route your message to us.

Cookies & Analytics

This site does not currently run analytics or tracking cookies beyond what's necessary to operate the inquiry form. If we add privacy-conscious analytics in the future, we will disclose it here.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you book with us, to plan and deliver your event.

Responsible Alcohol Service

Otra Vez does not sell, purchase or supply alcohol. Alcohol is supplied by the client. Responsible alcohol service practices and age verification (21+) apply at every event where alcohol is served.
